This week we celebrated Shrove Tuesday with residents of the village at Hickling Chapel. They very kindly made us pancakes and we made them a huge card to say thank-you! We loved meeting people of all ages from the village and we learnt why we have pancakes on this special day. Ms Nutbeam and Mr Cooper, our PE teacher, came with us also!
In assembly a lady called Helen came in and talked to us about a guide dog charity she works for. She brought in a lovely lady and her dog, Tammy. They explained how Tammy helped and we even got a cheeky stroke of her! Tammy was very soft and she rolled around on the floor and even licked a few of us!
