We all dressed in red to celebrate Red Nose Day! We made flower posies for our mums by collecting greenery from our beautiful outdoor classroom and chosing our favourite flowers to add. We also spent the morning making chocolate crispie cakes for our cake sale later in the day.
We listened to jokes, had a 'who can keep a straight face competition' and learnt and listened about the real meaning behind Red Nose Day.

Mothers Day Assembly...
We spent the week painting portraits of our mums, creating poetry about our mums and reciting the poetry for our mums. We then performed it in a special assembly on Friday along with two song we'd been learning. There were lots of smiles and happy faces on our mums. We think they especially liked the posies of flowers!
