Only a 2 day week but straight back into learning mode!
Our new topic for this half term is Clothing and Coverings. We will be specifically looking at clothes from America and South America. We will also be looking at clothes from the past too.
In maths this week and next we are learning about time! We will be working hard to tell the time...feel free to practise at home - it's a hard thing to learn!!
Also... we said fond farewell to Ishtar today. Ishtar and he mum Isabelle are going to Nepal where they live for some of the year.
Miss Wones went to Nepal in the Christmas holidays and got to meet Ishtar's babysitter! Today Miss Wones showed her holiday snaps on the whiteboard and Ishtar told us everything about where she lives when she's there!!
We will miss Ishtar and Isabelle lots but we are already looking forward to seeing them again later in the year!
